Be sure to delete the former version of online banking that may be bookmarked or favorited.
You will use your current online banking user ID to access the new system. The password you will use is the last four of your social security number for first time login, after which you’ll be prompted to update.
The next generation of the CorTrust Mobile Banking app is arriving soon! Beginning Tuesday, October 13, 2026, you will need to delete the current mobile app and re-download our new app via Google Play or the Apple App Store. Simply search for “CorTrust Bank” in you device's app store.
You will use your current mobile banking user ID to access the new app. Just like online banking, your first time login password will be the last four of your social security number, after which you’ll be prompted to update. Once set up, enjoy a revamped mobile banking layout built to handle your daily tasks on the go!
A handful of services will be temporarily unavailable while we transition over to our upgraded system. This includes:
October 5-13, 2026 - Zelle and Bill Pay
October 9-13, 2026 - mobile deposit and Transfer Now (external transfers)
If you have external transfers scheduled starting October 9, 2026, please note that we are unable to move them from our previous system once the upgrade begins. You will need to reestablish any applicable transfers once you login to our new online banking system the morning of October 13, 2026.
