QuickBooks, Quicken, and Mint Instruction Guides

CorTrust Bank is migrating to an upgraded online and mobile banking system beginning October 9, at 5 (CST), with completion the morning of October 13. This upgrade will require you to make changes to your QuickBooks or Quicken software. Below are key action dates:

  • Action Date #1 – October 9, 5 pm (CST)
    A data file backup and a final transaction download should be completed by this date. Please make sure to complete the final download before this date since transaction history might not be available after the upgrade.
  • Action Date #2 – October 19
    This is the action date for the remaining steps detailed in the below upgrade instruction guides. Simply review the instruction guide based on the product you are currently utilizing. You will complete the deactivate/reactivate of your online banking connection to ensure your current Quicken or QuickBooks accounts are set up with the new connection.

Intuit aggregation services may be interrupted from October 10-19, 2026. Users are encouraged to download a QBO file during this outage. The following services may not work during the outage:

  • Quicken Win/Mac Express Web Connect
  • QuickBooks Online Express Web Connect
  • Mint

Please carefully review your downloaded transactions after completing the upgrade instructions to ensure no transactions were duplicated or missed on the register.
