You and a guest are invited to the 2023 CorTrust Bank Employee Party. While there, enjoy a plated meal, drinks, and live music by Fabulous Armadillos. We hope to see you there!

Room Reservations

• Select a hotel below and book your room online by August 30, 2023.
• Reserve and pay for the room with a personal credit or debit card. Do not use a corporate card for reservations.
• Keep your receipt and submit for reimbursement following the event.
• The event space is not connected to a hotel. CorTrust Bank has a block of rooms at four surrounding hotels. Please choose your preferred hotel below.

Couple things to keep in mind when booking the hotel of your choice:

• You will need to modify the reservation dates. We have our block of rooms for these hotels starting Friday, September 29-Monday, October 2, for those that wish to stay for an extended weekend. You can also choose to only stay Saturday-Sunday – just be sure to adjust the reservation date.
• All the hotels are listed on the same landing page - just select the one you want and be sure to choose the dates you are staying.
• Use the “Click to Pay” method when checking out.

Getting Around

Since the hotels are not connected to the party venue, we will be offering a shuttle service to transit everyone safely. The shuttle will run continuously making stops at each hotel to The District during the below timeframes:

• SHIFT 1: 4:45 pm-6:45 pm
• SHIFT 2: 8:30 pm-11:30 pm

Sioux Falls employees will not be reimbursed for room reservations, however CorTrust Bank will reimburse Sioux Falls employees who utilize taxi, Lyft, or Uber services following the event.

Auto Travel Expenses

For staff outside of the Sioux Falls, SD area, please keep in mind the following items when planning your auto travel:

• For branches with a company vehicle, please first check to see if that is available for use.
• Please try to carpool with others from your branch when possible.
• If it is not possible to utilize a company vehicle and/or carpool, please next consider renting a car.
• If all the options listed above are not feasible for your specific situation, you may consider utilizing your own vehicle.
• No matter you decision on planning your auto travel, please receive management approval prior.
• Please review the Employment Policy Handbook found on CASH for a complete outline of company vehicles, use of rented cars, and reimbursement for expenses.
