Customer service is pretty much Joan’s middle name. For over 30 years, she has been exceeding her customers’ expectations through her great communication skills, industry knowledge, and friendly attitude. Plus, she takes the time to get know her clients, helping to better understand their individual financial needs.

One of Joan’s favorite things about working for CorTrust is their unique service offerings. “I really love the fact that we offer CorClub, our travel club, which is a service that a lot of other banks do not provide. It is so fun to see our customers enjoy themselves on these trips,” said Joan.
